Looking For Love
written by Raymond Hopkins
published by Pinsley Plays
1st - 3rd June 2017 at the Pemberton Centre.
This is the third of Raymond Hopkins' plays the RATS have produced and Kaye Rawlins has directed. His style of comedy is already popular with our audiences and members so we hope this play will also prove so. It is more of a farce than comedy and orientated to an adult audience. As we have discovered in the two previous plays there is a non-verbal member of the cast, this time a little dog. Will he make an appearance?
Our talented cast are having fun getting to grips with the characters, plot and amusing dialogue and at the time of writing well on the way to being word perfect. There are some faces you may recognise others you may not at least not in the guise of their characters.
The main character is Molly, a pillar of the local church and her family, who is feeling very depressed & lonely as her husband of 21 years has left her for a younger woman. However, her best friend Fiona has just the remedy to lift her spirits help her find her true self. How does she do this well???????? Come along and see...
